Over 200 beautiful women bloggers are headed to Relevant Conference on October 27-29, 2011. We are all anxiously counting down the days till we gather together as bloggers of faith. The buzz is starting to build. Some of us are excited and some are nervous. This is a unique opportunity to come together with a common purpose–to glorify God with our blogging. What could be better?
If you are new to Relevant and want to know how to plan, you can read my last post with everything you need to know to plan and prepare for the Relevant Conference.

Let’s Have A Party!
I thought it would be fun if we could get to know each other a little bit before we arrive. So I am hosting a Relevant Pre-Conference Link Up Party right now!
Here’s how this will work.
1. Link Up: Write a quick “about me” post introducing yourself to us, and be sure to link up the url of the post. OR link up the url of your “about” page from your blog.
2. Blog Hop: Once the linky page goes up let’s all hop around and visit each other.
3. Connect: Once you visit bloggers, see if you can find a way a quick way to connect with some before arriving.
Such as: Following them on Twitter, and/or leave them a tweet that you found them. “Like” their Facebook Page and let them know you are a fellow Relevant attendee. Leave a comment on their blog if they have written an introductory post. Or email someone and say hello!The purpose of this is to connect and start the community before we arrive, and have fun!
4. Spread the word: Use Twitter and Facebook to let Relevant attendees know about this link up party. The more the merrier!

Hello! I am going to look into Relevant ! I would LOVE to go. I am just starting my blog. I have big plans for it, though. We will connect as women of Christ, talk about marriage, homemaking, children, entertainment from a christian family perspective, and have bible and book studies as well as challenges. Starting on September first we are having a “31 day prayer challenge” for our kids! We are also connecting with GoodMorningGirls and studying FIRST JOHN this fall as well. Such a fun idea! I have my ticket to Relevant (snagged an early bird ticket!), but am still hoping and praying to work out the rest of the details to be able to make the trip. My son should be finishing up his proton beam therapy here in Indiana the week before the conference, then we’ll be packing up and heading home, at which time I’m hoping to be able to make the Relevant trip my time of rejuvenation after this extended “Radiation Vacation”…
